The Gastro menu is Kenshō’s proposal for a tasting experience with a series of 11 dishes based on Greek raw materials and traditional Cycladic recipes prepared with modern culinary techniques. The inspiration of our award-winning Mykonian chef, Ippokrates Anagnostelis, is a top tasting challenge combined exclusively with exceptional proposals from the Greek vineyard and olive grove.
The hours it will be available are from 20.00 with last order at 22.00 as the presentation of the 11 dishes takes 2 hours.
